The EURACORE Group of Companies provides regular vocational training and refresher training courses to ensure the on-going improvement of its personnel’s professional knowledge and skills. All training courses are planned based on the needs of any particular division.

For example, in November 2012 engineers and technicians of the EURACORE Group of Companies were the first to receive professional development training as part of the Russian National Project carried out through the Transport Institute (Tyumen State Oil and Gas University). A specialized training course was developed to offer the Group’s employees different schemes: distance learning, on-campus training and practical training abroad.

Welding operators, non-destructive examination specialists, insulation specialists and other workers are trained and then certified at the operations base in Zaikova; training and certification of bulldozer / excavation / pipe-laying machine operators are conducted in a dedicated training field.
