Due to an increase in construction volume and in order to provide people and to ensure the efficiency of human and technical resources, the Zapadny Construction and Installation Trust No. 2 (CIT-2) was founded. The trust’s base and main services are located in Tyumen, home to the training base (Zaikovo settlement), which trains welders (with subsequent certifying in National Agency for Testing and Welding); servicemen for NDT welding joints equipment; insulation workers; pipe and other special machinery drivers; automatic and semiautomatic welding engineers; and industrial safety and environment protection specialists.
